We had an excellent experience with PPS. Ryan Barber helped us through the entire experience and was very knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and reliable. Our pool was for a new house, and they stored our pool shell with no questions despite the delays. They did all the work getting the building permit done in N Topsail Beach. Once installation started, Ryan communicated frequently. His crew did a great job from excavating, installing, grading, pouring concrete. We would highly recommend PPS.
